Both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) does not apply to these Legal Terms.
